Pre-Employment Screening Terms & Conditions

These terms and conditions contain important information about our pre-employment booking process. Your booking indicates acceptance of these terms.
Booking and Payment
- Full payment is required at the time of booking before assessments can be scheduled.
- All bookings not submitted through portal incurs a $30 booking fee.
- All bookings are subject to availability.
- Prices are subject to change without notice.
- An invoice will be sent via email once payment is processed.
Cancellations and Refunds
- A 50% fee applies to appointments cancelled or rescheduled within 24 hours of the scheduled time.
- No-show appointments will incur a 50% fee.
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used for booking.
- Refunds typically process within 7 business days.
Assessment Process
- Candidates must present valid identification at the time of assessment.
- Late arrivals may result in rescheduling (fees may apply).
- Reports are typically provided within 48 hours of assessment.
Communications
- You will receive the following email communications:
- Invoice confirmation after payment
- Appointment confirmation once scheduled
- Notification when reports are ready for review.
- Please ensure our domain pes@ausrehab.com is added to your safe senders list.
Data Protection
- All candidate information will be handled in accordance with privacy laws.
- Assessment results are confidential and will only be shared with authorised representatives.
Disclaimer
- While we strive for accuracy in all assessments, results are based on information available at the time of testing.
- Based on assessment findings, candidates may require further medical evaluations by a doctor or specialist. Please note that while we identify these needs, proceeding with additional appointments is at your discretion.
- We are not liable for decisions made based on assessment results.
