Bulk Bookings Pre-Employment Screening Terms & Conditions

These terms and conditions contain important information about our bulk pre-employment booking process. Your booking indicates acceptance of these terms.
Booking and Payment

A 30% deposit is required to confirm all bulk assessment bookings. This deposit secures assessor time, venue arrangements, and administrative scheduling.

Remaining 70% payment is due after completion of assessments, reports will not be released without full payment.
- All bookings are subject to availability.
- Prices are subject to change without notice.
- Invoices are sent via email once payment is processed. Invoices are also available for download on the request page.
Cancellations and Refunds
- More than 7 days before the scheduled assessment date: Eligible for a full refund of the deposit.
- Between 2 and 7 days before the scheduled assessment date: Eligible for a 50% refund of the deposit.
- Within 48 hours of the scheduled assessment date: The full deposit will be retained.

If the full assessment fee has been paid upfront, the same refund structure applies. For example, if cancellation occurs within 48 hours of the scheduled assessment, 30% of the total payment will be retained, and the remaining 70% refunded.
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used for booking.
- Refunds typically process within 7 business days.
Rescheduling Policy

If a booking is rescheduled within 48 hours of the scheduled assessment, an additional fee of $300 will apply to cover assessor costs and administrative expenses. No fees apply for rescheduling made more than 48 hours in advance.

All cancellation or rescheduling requests must be submitted in writing to AusRehab at pes@ausrehab.com.
Assessment Process
- Candidates must present valid identification at the time of assessment.
- Candidates must sign the AusRehab consent form prior to performing the assessments.
- Reports are typically provided within 72 hours of assessment. Depending on the quantity of reports, large quantities may take longer.
Communications
- You will receive the following email communications:
- Invoice confirmations after payment
- Appointment confirmation once scheduled
- Notification when reports are ready for review
- Please ensure our domain pes@ausrehab.com is added to your safe senders list.
Data Protection
- All candidate information will be handled in accordance with privacy laws.
- Assessment results are confidential and will only be shared with authorised representatives.
Disclaimer
- While we strive for accuracy in all assessments, results are based on information available at the time of testing.
- Based on assessment findings, candidates may require further medical evaluations by a doctor or specialist. Please note that while we identify these needs, proceeding with additional appointments is at your discretion.
- We are not liable for decisions made based on assessment results.
